Circulation heater.

The fluid to be heated circulates through the same boiler, often with baffles to ensure heat exchange, until it reaches the desired temperature.

The circulation heaters, as well known as in-line heaters, are made up of a electric heater (tubular heating elements) on a steel or stainless steel flange and a boiler through which the liquid, air or gas  circulates, also manufactured in the same quality of materials, forming in that way a closed circuit.

To preserve the heat and prevent its loss, the boiler can be insulated, as we have already spoken on previous occasions. This supposes a big energetic saving and consequently also economic.

Drain valves allow easy maintenance of the in-line heaters. They allow water, oil or crude oil to be easily purged for a proper cleaning of heating elements that usually accumulate lime or other impurities.

These heaters can be manufactured to work vertically or horizontally as required by the application and we can supply them with different protection boxes as well as with an ATEX certified explosion-proof box. We can provide as well a control panel with the circulation heater for its manage.

Circulation heaters are used by many different types of industries, with the petroleum and chemical sectors being the most demanding. In many cases, in-line heaters are used to promote the viscosity and transport of crude oil, oils or products from the chemical industry, or also to resist cold winter temperatures.
