Electrical heaters have an efficiently heat transfer to Gas or Steam, power is instantly available, provide precise process temperature control and are easy maintenance, including replacement of heating elements. Circulation heaters consist of a screw plug or flanged immersion heater (heating element) that is mounted inside a thermally-insulated vessel/deposit. Inline heaters are capable of providing indirect heating to a variety of gases, liquids or air in many industries and a wide range of processes.
Electric heaters are used for example in fuel forwarding plants, natural gas import/export stations or systems in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) where electric heaters be in service to heat natural gas before the pressure reduction. Depending on the required power (range from MW to kW) more than one heater can be used and arranged in series or parallel.
Depending on the application, we design the most adequate solution for your needs regarding sheath- and flange material, power, enclosures, ratings and dimensions of the vessel. Our electrical heaters are also used in processes with hazardous environment for example prior to pressure reduction, as skid heater, immersion- or pre-air heaters.
