The combination of the tubular heater in exact contact with
the excellent thermal conductivity of aluminium casting creates
a quick responding band heater with uniform temperatures
for precise process heating. Long-lasting tubular heater
and aluminium surface make possible a low watt density.
Tope uses special aluminium alloy to avoid blowholes with a
correct mechanization. Also manufactured in other materials
such as bronze. The advantages of bronze are its favourable
melting point that guarantees heating at a higher temperature,
and a better resistance to contamination.
