RESISTENCIAS TOPE, S.A declares that the heating elements are manufactured according tocompleting the requirements specified in the Directive 73/23 of low voltage,and that they incorporate the corresponding CE mark and are checked to standard UNE 60.335.

Quality Control Certification

The quality system of RESISTENCIAS TOPE, S.A has ISO 9001 certification.
The heating elements are manufactured according to standard EN-UNE 60335 (chapters 10, 13 and 16).
All the products pass several controls of quality during the productive process. Also, at the end of this productive process, they pass the following controls:

Dimensional control (according to tolerances established in the technical data sheet).
Electrical inspections:

• Dielectric insulation (tested at twice the nominal voltage + 1000V. The leakage current should be below 0,75mA/kW between active parts and the earth.
• Isolation (the isolation is measured applying 500V DC.)
• Tolerance allowed (-5% and +10% of the nominal resistance value).
• Visual inspection

All the products can be supplied with an inspection report showing the measurement and test values
